Dr. J. Dean Dabbah
After finishing his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, Dr. Dabbah returned to his home state of Illinois for graduate school. Dr. Dabbah graduated at the top of his class from Chicago Medical School, earning a master’s degree in biomedical science and a doctor of medicine degree. He then served his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Dabbah is well-known for his caring bedside manner. His passion for patient care was genuinely established when he volunteered to work overseas with Operation Smile. Dr. Dabbah continues to work with Doctors Without Borders as often as possible.

Dr. Armen Derian
Originally from Southern California, Dr. Derian attended the prestigous UCLA School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Miami, and a fellowship in interventional pain management at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. He is double board certified in interventional pain management as well as numerous scientific publications.
Dr Derian is very compassionate, caring, and detail oriented. He has a particular interest in regenerative medicine and minimally invasive procedures to heal patients. He uses both traditional and regenerative options to treat various pain conditions.
